Yes. but that is for the full-year.

If you look at half-on-half changes (and you need to look at the Pre-Tax Profit line, and not the NPAT line, because the tax rate was quite light in JH2018), you'll get a quite different picture:

Pre-Tax Profit rose 14% in the first-half, but was flat in the second-half.

Why share prices do what they do on a day like this is anyone's guess.
