Yeah I've owned this before and I'm currently looking at it closely. The current SP looks too good to be true. I can only imagine that there is concern about poor future economic conditions and the potential, therefore, for bad debts to become an issue. I can't bring myself to buy just yet even at this price. Their annual meeting is on 22nd November and I'll wait for that and watch it closely. Presumably that will be the next market update that you're looking for. Thing is if they don't consider there to be any issues on the immediate horizon at the meeting, I'll miss the opportunity at this price. I think that means that I'm guessing there'll be some clouds on the horizon. I have no foundation for that view other than the solid price drop of late.
