Well no, Directors reports are supposed to summarise the events that occured during the reporting period not highlight future growth potential.
That sort of thing is usually found in investor presentations.

China was supposed to be big in 2019, very big but that's not going to happen now unless something substantial changes.
My concern is the big drop off in sales in the period's second half & the big increase in overheads re UK. Unless the sales pick up to the level of H1 they won't make a profit this year.
