    The ingredient 3(Trimethoxysilyl) propyl dimethyl etc is listed as an inactive ingredient because it is inactive in the chemical sense. As most shareholders are aware Zoono's products work by their physical action on microbes etc thus avoiding the problem of them developing resistance.
