Not sure your point on that label.
The active ingredient in Germfree24 is Amosilq or Benzalkonium Chloride as per the label you provided.

Maybe that's your confusion?
As for the requirement for BPR certification etc, they are carrying out a trial with the NHS, the biggest antibacterial purchaser in the UK (& probably Europe). If there was an issue it wouldn't go to trial & they wouldn't have set up an office & sent all that stock over there.
Or do you think the NHS doesn't check these things & that you know more about what they can use than them?
