I would be interested to learn if anyone knows the actual "regulatory risk" for SIQ, viz. is it real or imagined?
If my memory serves me correctly the issue of regulatory risk was first highlighted when it impacted MMS shares. However, (and this is where I stand corrected) the impact would have been to novated leases provided to the Not For Profit (NPF) - charities etc. I don't know that SIQ has any exposure to this sector?
Ordinary novated leases already attract FBT?
