I agree with your thoughts on operating leverage. They've built a very solid foundation for the business over the last few years. They've made hard decisions, eg. disposing of non-core assets - and been disciplined and far sighted.
The impacts of their restructuring, relocation, R&D investments, development of export markets (and excellent management in general) are just starting to come through in terms of profits and revenue. More to come on both these fronts in the next few years imo… from a decent base now too (ie. PE ratio currently in the low-mid teens).
It all augurs well for the share price imo - 45c next year is quite attainable.

really got to wonder who would be selling any at around these levels! If it keeps up i just might be tempted to buy more, yet i dont really want to as have enough
