Finally bit the bullet and allocated a small amount of capital to KME today (as you can see!) I have been thinking about adding it to my SMSF for a few months, it meets a lot of the criteria for my selection process, high % of owner/management holding, low debt, simple to understand business, somewhat under valued, under the radar and potential for growth.

The few reservations I have about the business tempered the size of my entry, if I am satisfied going forward I will look for opportunities to build the position.
