I think it's moreso the company holds a high value on this shell and they want a potential vend to also not be lacking in certain areas. I may not have explained that in my earlier post. The feeling I got was that the potentials were always falling short somewhere, and some of them was the amount of finance required didnt bode well for whatever reason.
