I think the term "pump and dump" gets overused by some.
In any case, the day after the rise last week, the market was reeling from the DOW dropping ~800 points.
Would have been hard to gather any momentum.
We are in the opposite situation this week. Biotechs on fire, plenty of profits going around. Hopefully management can line up the stars and land an amazing deal - they have waited long enough.
Would be excellent foresight if they had of held off from signing last week due to the market conditions and will do it today. Would be perfect.
