Very strange movement indeed. While the reasons and many theories for the move in the sp are
somewhat flippant, I do believe that there is more to it than just a P & D.
There may well be a complex and convoluted pathway to a deal being explored or even close to
being signed ?- Just speculating without much substantiation...
