This guy is seriously good... like i said before we have 3 products now if you like.
That means 3 income streams, 3 lots of ann's/market updates.
Also great tax advantages with the rental roll out as we own the assets not to mention recurring income which is music to my ears.
Imagine we sell say 3 or 5 ATENS a year remember mining's gearing up...
