Current assets (receivables and inventory) expected to convert to cash is 12months.
Current liabilities (creditors, tax payable) are debts to be paid within 12months.
A company this size will always use accrual accounting recognising a sale on delivery to customer (payment to be received from customer sits in trade receivables)
