They bought back 1.5% of the capital at 9.3cents per share. I’d say that’s good capital management. There is little/no available stock on the market right now so no point needlessly pushing up the price on low volume.
Much better if the full 10% is bought back at a low price than buying back 1-2% in terms of long term returns for shareholders.
