The 5th is the date the site you provided states as the relisting date. With capital raisings in relation to placements they are generally closed for take up prior to the relisting date.
Unless you can find any reference to an extension then I will take it as read that the offer for participants in that site closed on the 5th.
My belief in the reason for the suspension extensions is that they could not raise sufficient funds and have been unsuccessful in obtaining an underwriter.
