The report as I see it is that BYOjet has not performed as well as we would like and required much more capital.So they have looked to exit this business.On the other hand ibuynew.com is performing very well and posted a half year NPAT of $592k.Given where we are share price and market cap wise what we have with ibuynew.com has been too good to refuse.
