- Given her management workload, will LB be able to devote even the same amount of her own time seeing patients as she was previously able to at professional at MVF, let alone expand her case list?
- will LB be able to effectively manage the regulatory, marketing, accounting, human resources and other business functions - in addition to the medical side? (Being a good generalist leader and a star professional are very frequently two different things)
