that sensitivity analysis spells it out, but my thinking revolves around 0 performance fees and it still is a reasonable investment (assuming clients are sticky)
the swings will be exacerbated however because if performance remains poor then clients will eventually leave, in the same way that if performance is at 15%pa then clients will flock. So it’s a highly leveraged play in that regard.
