PS It's worth noting that Alain's comments regarding delays in the USN deal during the conference call 5 Feb this year were based on the widely reported (and tumultuous) processes of 2018 budget approvals in the US House of Reps and Senate over the preceding months. A few days after that conference call (7 Feb in the US), Senate leaders announced a bi-partisan agreement to approve 2018 Pentagon expenditure and also endorsed a massive additional $300 billion in defense funding for 2018-2020.

That's a less cynical (and IMO more convincing) explanation for recent on-market buying by Toby, Alain and Gary... GLTAH R-7
