re: Ann: Appendix 4D and Half Yearly Financia... One thing to think about is that growth is capped by the number of new homes being developed. Whilst there is a steady stream coming online all the time, it would take more capital to fund a larger number of ongoing projects. Not bothered about this though since it's the low risk business model that attracts me. Also, wouldn't want management to have too many developments going at once in case of a property crash or it leads them to make errors. We should see LIC steadily growing dividends for years to come.
