The company is doing a great job at scaremongering holders with revenue down a whopping 71% and proof that the printer side of the business is pretty much cactus. They threw a ton of money at that and it has turned to dust. The business they acquired isn't faring much better either. I thought that business was making EBITDA of $800k at the time they bought it? I said it was too good to be true. As if you would sell a company making that kind of profit for a paltry $2m.

The clock is ticking on this time bomb. The wick is very short now, IMO.

Someone on the acquisition side of things obviously didn't do the proper checks. No way a company makes 800k EBITDA and sell for 2 and a half times. They probably thought... what a steal.
