They don't really give a rat's #@!# if they don't achieve 20m revenue by the due date. They'll just set themselves up with another lot of performance shares. They issued the first lot to themselves for free and they'll do it again and again and again. So don't hang your hat on their target, it's meaningless. For them, it just means they have to wait a bit longer to make their millions without having money tied up like the rest of us bunnies.( who might at best make a few 100k)
