The Mitchell brothers did the same thing with their listed online offsspring emitch. The business turned to make a profit /the Mitchell brothers from Melbourne took over the business at a very undervalued price.I suspect similar agenda that Nick follows.Let share holders pay for the development of a business and take over when the business is making money.Hope that it is not the case, but with the arrangements Nick put in place I would be careful.I am amazed that this way of running a  listed company  is legal.here in Australia.Hope everything will turn out fine and my suspicions are incorrect ... hmmm
