I think these guys know their craft. Management of REIT's vary, particularly when they're running a string of pubs as opposed to an Industrial Trust or Office Trust. There's no point having Greg Goodman (GMG) managing a business he doesn't understand. CXH's directors are experienced, and apart from the crappy share performance I can't really trash them...well not yet :)
