Idronoxil was not owned by KZA but by MEIP and lapsed last Aug anyhow. The dispute  was centered around "all formulation and IP"of NOX66 . Why would KZA make this disputed claim. Was the dispute around the timing of when NOX66 was developed and whether while GK was still working for NRT? Perhaps it would be good to know exactly when the formulation of NOX66 was developed and why was the first IP claim made on the 28th of July 2015. Surly shareholders of NOX are entitled to know exactly why 5% of their company share have been surrender by this dispute other than pragmatic moving on mother hood statements.
