Pagbilao Hub - "commissioning and commencement of operations within this year to deliver the LNG to the Pagbilao Power Plant currently under development."
I guess this means sometime in 2017?
It suggests that they will not be shipping LNG from the Hub to other ports etc. So in short-term, any extra revenue will only be achieved when Pagbilao Power plant is able to connect to power grid.
Nothing much to get too excited about!!.....but hey, whats new.
