Simpson wasn't the one that got greedy and tried to take the shares off the other shareholders.
Simpson wasn't the one the used VA illegally and for improper purpose. As a matter of fact Simpson was the only director to not vote for VA.
Simpson isn't the one that has given you false information.

ASIC have a duty to deal with this situation in a lawful manner.
ASIC have ALL of the information.
Simpson is never ever going to give up.
Simpson has backing that is far more powerful than the horse you backed.

The reputation of Simpson will only get better as time goes on.

You can't blame Simpson at all for these damaging facts, he wasn't a part of the VA.

You really should be able to realise the many aspects of this that have lead us to where we are today.
CONIDI, PERTILE & POPOVSKI placed 3DG/3DI into VA for improper purpose, claiming that the directors of OZB wanted to call in their debt if SIMPSON'S shares could not be bought.

Now with hindsight was that a good decision by OZB directors and CONIDI, PERTILE & POPOVSKI. Did they do the right thing by you Horse?

SIMPSON was the only director that was worried about the shareholders investment.
He actually had your back much more than the other 3.

You do realise that the whole premise of the placing of the company into VA was to buy out SIMPSON with 200k. The evidence to all of this info is fully available to the public and is very clear for all to understand what happened.

PS, I'm sorry that this has happened to you and the other shareholders but the blame has to be fairly placed in the hands of those who did this.
