No where near insolvent IMO,,,They have plenty assets, they are still able to get funding...Its a specy stock But IMO they will be fine,,,,DYOR as I am holding and obviously looking at upside potential...

IMO worst case is we sell some assets in a fire sale too pay off the debt or maybe even sell the drilling business if things were really really bad but Highly unlikely...

All reports seem to show the drilling business is improving,,,we are drilling three resources in 2012 so far so any positive results and we will fly..

when you buy a company with a MC this low you have to accept/expect the risks involved,,,
