Spoke to Damian Element briefly, he said there were some timing differences, some customers wanted to postpone payments until after June 30th. He said a $300k receipt was received early in July. Still that only puts you up into the 2.1 -2.2m range, still significantly lower than 3Q09.

I asked whether Searchworld was performing as well as they had forecast, he said that it was, although the revenue was lumpy, there is a time lag between when agreements are signed and revenues start to flow.

Implications are that the FY09 results will be worse than anticipated, probably a loss in excess of -$2m I would say. The commentary on the full year results will interesting to hear this month.
