“Potential sales receipts from customers driving intoexisting channels include:
o Soleo Organics - 13,000 unitsin store equating to $200,000 in sales.
o Complete Esscience - 5,000units in store equating to $100,000 in sales.
o PapayaActivs - 10,000 inproduction equating to $200,000 in sales”
These guys must be simpletons or think investors are stupid.Who talks about production turning into sales? What a dumb statement these guyshave made.
Guess what guy’s, it doesn’t matter how much youmanufacture, if there is no demand for your product then it is destroying shareholder value!
Lets look at how actual sales have tracked in last 2quarters, a total of $250k, and at best will do about $500k for the year approx.40% down on last financial year. What a joke!
With 2 months to go this quarter and without a capital raiseor financing of circa $800k-$900k, this company will have a solvency issue IMO. If I were their manufacturer or supplier, I would be concerned about how I will be gettingpaid.
