Predicted cash outflows for the next quarter are up to about $1.75 mil. Receipts are not predicted (and unpredictable). Current cash is about $2 mil.
If most of their plans come to fruition, they will have to ramp up material purchasing, manufacturing, skilled staff numbers, and facilities (along side their partners), probably starting inside six months. How much will this cost? I've no idea, but I would guess that they need at least an extra $5mil on call - preferably a bit more for safety.
Bank debt? As the Simply Wall Street report said [thanks, gary]: probably not. And which bank (Canadian, Aus) would be prepared to take the risk at this stage?
Bonds? At an extortionate interest rate.
Capital raise? It looks to me as though the market is expecting just that - there are currently 84.8 mil shares worth almost $23 mil so perhaps a 1:3 or 4 at somewhere south of 25cents.
