Freshero and/or Gibio forward pay for their machines to help us keep the lights on while the finer details/design for their facilities is undertaken.
I don't think it would be totally out of the question with Freshero becoming heavily involved with RGI via our possible new director & Tony Mahoney being a shareholder Miracle Valley also owe us ~$1.3m for the remainder of their order which has started being delivered this month.
A loan facility would be a good option too.
I think we may be able to pull through if we get a forward payment from either Gibio or Freshero, or even a loan facility of ~$1m @10% for example would be enough to pull us through and cover costs of manufacturing machines
IMO, if Tony Mahoney is serious about RGI, he may scrap together some money for us to keep the lights on. I'm sure he doesn't want his holdings diluted either and if he's going ahead with his facilities then there's no reason for him to think that he won't get his money back
Mind you, with the $1.3m from MV, we almost have enough to make it to the end of the FY Long post that didn't say much I know It's gonna be close if we don't raise
