I'm not expecting another capital raising in the near-term. Taken from the quarterly: Sensera will continue to consider opportunities to optimize its capital structure through infusions of credit to fund broader working capital needs, potential accretive acquisitions and strategic product development to accelerate the Company’s growth and profitability.
My understanding is that Ralph has some good relationships with banks over in the US based on past business with them, so I'm not expecting a credit infusion to be a problem.
It is clear the trajectory path that Sensera is following and that is strong revenue growth whilst approaching a cash flow positive position. With revenue guidance of US $10.5-11.5m for FY19, with only US $3.58m received so far ($1.1m in Q1 and $2.58m in Q2), we can expect US $7-8m over the next 2 quarters (excluding any upgrade). This is significant and IMO providing the company hits its targets, will only be a matter of time before a substantial re-rating.
Cheers
