Hiring of new staff & a more aggressive sales campaign costs money. I estimate we will be looking at 3 quarters of coverage. Management will raise earlier as they have always done. This will take time.
I'm not sure if we will hold close enough to 5c for those options to be exercised by June (unless they nail a few huge contracts). I just can't see any near term needle movers. Also I'd love to see another 12 months of escrow. Let's see what happens.
