It was good they elected to announce pre-open. I suppose for the first time in eons they have a positive cash position to spruik but it sends the rigth message.

I also agree with ZX that the invoices for Strides may not have been paid. "SUDA will continue to invoiceStrides on a monthly basis for all development costs of the project" is still a bit unclear. Are the development costs fixed, variable or a bit of both? 

Anyway more positive than negative that is for sure. unfortunately the share price is unlikely to move - it was someone smarter than me that said the market sentiment wont go anywhere with Sudas registry the way it is until either Artimist sale or royalties or something left field. 

lets hope that the detailed market update or corporate presentation that Happy is referring to makes alot of things very clear including Artimist, Teva and Edding
