To set up the original debt facility of $10mil would have set up fees of at least $100k, and now as a share holder we are told they didn’t want to use it?
Who is accountable then for unesscessarily spending over $100k and then not using to convert new customers. Sounds like an excus and sounds like we are not being told the true reasons their numbers are down.
