If management changed, I'd be out. I want management to hold a large portion of equity.
As for leaving the company without cash - this type a of business requires heavy cash investment up front. If they're spending cash, it's most likely because they're onboarding new customers. With the debt facility in place, we should see this ramp up.
Judging the company on one quarter isn't a great idea. I completely agree that changing the metrics is a bad idea, but it doesn't mean that they're doomed.
