    in my opinion the fundamentals still look good,   and to me  it looks like the cash flow should improve

    I'm sure the top executives are also well aware of the money situation, I note that the CEO (Ian Henderson) is taking share options instead of a salary

    from the latest announcement;
    "  Mr Ian Henderson as Chief ExecutiveOfficer (CEO) effective from 1 January 2019. Mr Henderson brings more than 30 years’ executiveexperience in the banking and financial services sectors. He held former CEO positions at a leading UK based private and commercial bank, Shawbrook Bank and RBS International, where he led each firms’profit growth during his tenure. Ian has been granted performance rights in lieu of a cash salary for thefirst year of service".

    I don't think Ian H  wouldn't be taking share options instead of a salary unless he sees good growth potential in the company.

    also reported in the latest newsletter  is that "Record customer cash receipts of $869k during the quarter, up 52% on last year’scorresponding period and 77% over the last September quarter" ( this in my thinking is very good)

    Ok the money is not in yet as it wasn't reported in the revenue which was only 15% up, however there is often a lag in companies invoice date and when they actually get paid and depending upon "the payment terms" KYK may not have  the customers money for a number of  months later.

    plus we have seen John Van Der Wielen buying shares in December.

    In my view KYK is ahead of the others in the field of KYC offering a superior product.

    It's also worth taking into consideration that KYK have also got IFL (IOOF) on board as a new big shareholder, IOOF have an impressive line up of well connected directors whom would probably know the goings on in other big financial institutions they have directors with connections (joint directorships ) which include  Westpac BT,  AIA, and Corsair Capital, In addition to the Directors connections, the top three share holders of IOOF are HSBC, Citicorp and JP Morgan.

    I maintain that the directors are expecting good stuff to happen that today I increased my holdings by 73000 shares

    all the best for LT holders
