They (Bilal) do seem to have a following, and in tern seem to follow Jason Brewer and Airguide, at least on WFE and VCE. I held WFE from .2 to 1.5c and sold because they had literally nothing and a market cap of about $50m. They went on to 2.4c, then went into suspension for about 8 months. Still is. They haven't done so well on Shareroot though.
