They were set very early in VEC, WFE, 4CE amongst others. Granted they were resource plays, but they're set at rock bottom here now too. You should pull up the charts of those three stocks and look at the market caps low to high.
I am in no way suggesting ACL is certain to return gains like that, however the probability it's a chance.
