the board i feel has let share holders down. i have been involved for 5 years and with a 10/1 share dilution the SP is 20 times lower. have a look at the annual to see how much these guys get with their incentive bonuses and explain to me how my 40k is now worth about 3k and work out where the incentive bonuses came from ?what KPI,s honestly? , how were they measured? chocolate wheel?. am i being unfair or wrong to being cranky and blunt ?nauseating at best and where are we at with any projects?? i hope we can have a honest and frank discussion at the AGM and not the usual travel brochure style update. ie full of words but no facts..yes David if you are reading this im very dissatisfied and what next. with the projected 4c spendings yet another CR?
