Sounds like smaller users can adopt and use the standard system as it is and they are probably the Autodesk type customers . Larger companies may require personal attention and programme modification (tweaking) to suit individual needs .Thats where the money is and thats where the time will be spent. Thats probably why these bigger deals take a long time to get from sign up to paying customers.
They3DP are obviously quite happy to take a measured approach to ensure that they give the customer the best ,most suitable product .

Be patient, the market is the market. What we as shareholders and the company want is continued sales growth and customer retention.That is starting to happen.

On top of this I had a look at the June 2018 quietly activities report. They state they have 150 sales opportunities that equate to 20 million in annual income from DaaS style sales. So far they seem to be delivering if they close many more I would say they are going to at least hit half of that target.
