As I have said before VLA was pushed down horribly way below support a month prior to takeover ....even after they received around $20 million investment from Asia and got great data in phase trial data with Keytruda (so perhaps an example of don’t count on data meaning anything to price)
Whilst they were a lot larger fish and in a different league than here it is still a huge exercise of psychology in the markets
