The CEO from an interview I saw presides over a small team thus the buck stops with him on all fronts. I know from a previous life how hard it is to keep "picking winners" even in a rising market let alone challenging conditions. I'm not sure of his history but as SH's we are totally captive to his stock picking performance and decision making. I am not risk averse by any stretch but I want to see some runs on the board within 6 months. Ox.
