There surely has to come a time when keeping information of relevance to the market infringes an ASX ruling of some sort. They've been testing for ever - new chips arrived - what happened? Even if the results were inconclusive, I think we have the right to know how our investment is panning out. If the next round of news is positive - great! But if it's negative and the share price plunges, then I think arguably they've been withholding information and should receive a slap to the head.
