Wow really don't have a clue.
The $449k is cash received in advance of sales not a debt receivable.
You have to add back the difference between the $2m number & the $449k ie approx $1.5m. That leaves you with a negative cashflow of approx $0.5m which is mostly like an increase in working capital as they have built inventory for the UK $250k plus an undisclosed amount for China (neither of which have been sold).
Possibly there is also an increase in debtors or they may reduced the outstanding trade creditors since last June, which is also likely as they've had lower sales in the second half of the year & the cash paid in advance is $1.5m lower. Until we see the full accounts it won't be 100% clear.
