You would expect them to inform shareholders of any tokens or shares received in the quarterly whether disposed of or not.
I'm thinking it's more likely they haven't received any yet. But yes, that could be because the ipo or token event hadn't been completed by the end of quarter. But again they should inform shareholders if they are expecting anything. Forward revenue estimates are pretty normal.
