I think it is a good sign. Probably higher because they expect more children will be attending hence a higher wage expectation.

July - November are usually cracking months in the industry as everyone's eligibility resets.
This year with the reset of affordability by CCS and Mayfield centres at around $100 per day are in a great price point to maximise the benefits of the new system. Would be curious as to what sort of fee increases will be achieved this year.

Also I would take receipts from customers with a grain of salt on a quarterly basis because who really knows what is happening with timing of government payments.
