We knew that when RGS announced the loan facility on the back of the R&D tax rebate. Giving away almost 15% of the value of this tax return instead of traditional bank facility meant they are very confident about AGC next payment. Just needed cash for a few more months.
When the loan facility was announced I thought OK, Japanese deal will be delayed beyond June, 30 but it is happening very soon and should be very good. Then the US patent arrived too!
