DDD, I've been away for a bit of R&R. Catching up on all the fun and games now but if the clock is ticking (as you say) how far off midnight is it? To be truthful, I don't really get too wound up (pun intended) about the timing of deals being announced. I'd rather the deal get done and hopefully get done at the best possible price. If Edison is close to the mark then we should be reasonably happy but the details of how the money comes across will be interesting as it is at a relatively early stage (eg, upfront payment, how big, trailing payments/royalties etc etc). That is the craft of deal-making I suppose. GLTA
